IsoFreight is the national freight-fraud network. Before you use the site, please confirm you understand what it is and what it isn't.
Not 911. If anyone is hurt or a crime is in progress, call 911 first.
Not a law-enforcement database. IsoFreight feeds NCIC, N-DEx, RISS, and state task forces — it does not replace them.
Not a carrier. IsoFreight holds no DOT or MC authority. Recovery is performed by vetted partner carriers.
Reports require accuracy. Filing a knowingly false report can be a state and federal crime.
Hold harmless · release of liability
IsoFreight is provided as a free public service to help carriers, brokers, shippers, and the public coordinate cargo-theft response with law enforcement. By using this site, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify IsoFreight LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, and partner carriers from any and all claims, losses, damages, lost cargo, lost profits, or business interruption arising from:
Your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
Any recovery outcome, response time, or law-enforcement action (or inaction);
The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information published or routed through the Service;
Any content you submit or any consequence of having submitted it.
No outcome is guaranteed. IsoFreight makes no warranty that any cargo will be recovered, any agency will respond, or any case will be solved. You assume all risk of using the Service.
